PRE TRYOUT FORM FRENZY EVENT: 

*Prior to trying out for a PEVA Boys Travel Team, you must attend one of the Form Frenzy sessions.

Form Frenzy Option #1 - TH 8/7 @7-8pm

Form Frenzy Option #2 - TH 8/14 @7-8pm

Form Frenzy Option #3 - SAT 8/16 @8-9am & 11am-12pm

PRE TRYOUT TUNE UP EVENTS - REGISTER HERE 

*Prior to trying out for a PEVA Boys Travel Team, athletes are invited to attend Tune Up sessions

Tune Up Session #1 - TH 8/7 @6-7:30pm

Tune Up Session #2 - TH 8/14 @6-7:30pm

TRYOUT REQUIREMENTS:

Paperwork-wise, you'll need:

1. KRVA/USAV Tryout Membership 

*A current 24-25 Season USAV membership is good through August 31, 2025.  

**Athletes without a current USAV membership must purchase the Tryout Membership. Tryout Memberships will be available to purchase via https://krva.org beginning July 1, 2025. (Under Membership Types, click on the link "Keystone Region - Junior Tryout Pass")

2. USAV Medical Release Form 

(this form does not need to be notarized) 

3. COVID 19 Waiver 

(this form was submitted in Active when completing tryout regsitration- no need to bring a hard copy)

4. Pittsburgh Elite Waiver and Authorization

(this form was submitted in Active when completing tryout regsitration- no need to bring a hard copy)

TRYOUT SESSIONS:

Athletes are highly encouraged to attend all tryout sessions:

Saturday, August 16th @9-11am (12-2pm *if necessary)

Sunday, August 17th @9-11am (12-2pm *if necessary)

 

TRYOUT FEE: $60
