We would like to introduce University Athlete, an important tool that our program will be using to support student-athletes who may be interested in playing at the collegiate level.

What is University Athlete?
University Athlete is a secure platform used by college coaches across the country to identify and evaluate prospective student-athletes. It allows athletes to create a profile with their academic information, athletic history, and contact details—making it easier for college coaches to find them at tournaments, showcases, and events.

Why are we using it?
Many recruiting events rely on University Athlete rosters so that college coaches can view player information quickly and accurately. By creating a profile, students ensure that coaches have the correct details to evaluate them and potentially initiate communication when permissible under NCAA rules.

What families can expect:

• Athletes will receive instructions on how to set up or update their University Athlete profile.

• Profiles should be completed with accurate academic info, athletic stats, and contact details.

• College coaches attending events will use this profile to identify and track players.

• Using University Athlete does not obligate a student to pursue college athletics—it simply keeps the option open.

How you can help:
Please encourage your athlete to complete their profile thoroughly and keep information current. Accurate profiles give them the best opportunity to be seen by college coaches.
